Who we sell to and where we deliver We sell to individuals and businesses, with delivery to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or other countries, please ask us before you buy.
Prices Prices include VAT. Delivery to mainland Spain and the Balearics is free unless the product says otherwise: if there is a delivery charge, you’ll see it in the cart before you pay. Installation is not included.
How to buy Choose the product, add it to the cart, fill in your details and pay. You’ll receive an automatic email with the summary: it confirms that we’ve received your order. We then review it and confirm that we accept it. The purchase contract is formed with that confirmation or, if we haven’t written to you before, when we ship your order.
Pricing errors and stock We check our prices carefully, but a mistake can slip through. If a product appears at an obviously wrong price (for example, far below its usual market price), we’ll let you know before shipping and you can choose between buying it at the correct price or cancelling the order. The same applies if the product isn’t available. If you cancel, we’ll refund everything you paid, using the same payment method, within 14 days at the latest.
For Tuuci parasols we can agree a deposit when you order and the rest when the parasol is ready to be shipped to you; we’ll send you a payment link for the second payment.
Payment By credit or debit card, through Redsys’s secure payment gateway. We never see or store your card details. If we agree your order with you by phone or email, we’ll send you a payment link.
Delivery times Delivery times are approximate. We give them in good faith, but they depend on our suppliers’ conditions and on possible transport incidents. If you need your order by a specific date, write to us and we’ll get back to you personally.
As a guide, Tuuci parasols in stock in Europe take 2 to 5 weeks, and those made in Miami take 12 to 16 weeks. When your order arrives, check the packaging and note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery note. If you find damage when you unpack it, let us know with photos within 48 hours.
Returns If you buy as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to return it without giving any reason. Return shipping costs are paid by you. We explain how in Returns and warranty.
Tuuci parasols are made to order for you, to the model, size, finish and canopy you choose, so they can’t be returned. The only exception is the M1 Classic with a white canopy. If you buy as a business or professional, you don’t have a right of withdrawal.
Warranty All products are new and genuine. If you buy as a consumer, they come with the three-year legal guarantee. Some manufacturers also offer their own commercial warranty, which we state on the product.
Installation Electric heaters must be installed by an electrician, and gas heaters by an authorised gas installer. The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation.
